Shipping

What is the delivery time for my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. The delivery time depends on your shipping location.

Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only deliver within Romania and United Kingdom.

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email, which you can use to track your order.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were sent.

What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
If your item arrives damaged, please email us at contact@stylescandic.com within 24 hours, including photos of the product and packaging. We will cover the return costs and send you a replacement item at no additional charge.

When will I receive my refund?
The refund will be processed and sent to the payment method used within 28 business days from the acceptance of the return.

Do you charge any restocking fees?
No, we do not charge any restocking fees for our products.

Exchanges and Cancellations

Do you accept exchanges?
Yes, we offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer support team with your request. You will first need to return the original item, and once we receive it, we will send you the new requested item.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped. Otherwise, you will need to follow the return procedure.
